To order a DVD or VHS copy of an event or program covered by KMVT Community Television, fill out the form below.

Payment

Payment must be made before we begin to dub your program. You can pay over the phone by Visa or Mastercard, or in-person with cash, check or card. Call 650-968-1540. You may also pay with Paypal once you submit your order.
Give us the PROGRAM you would like COPIED. If Sports, indicate type of Sport and teams playing. If Studio Show, indicate Show Name and Number (get this info from the Producer ahead of time!): *

We can only process orders for programs that have already been aired on the channel. Please make sure to write the complete Event or Show name!
